The Bio-Metabolic Audit Division tests supplement claims against published research. We don't accept money from brands to write reviews, and we don't soften our conclusions to protect relationships we don't have.
We write our own reviews. Brands don't pay us to cover their products, and they don't get to edit what we publish. If a formula looks weak or potentially unsafe, we say so.
We ignore testimonials and before-after photos. If a company claims their supplement does something specific, we check whether clinical trials support that claim. We prioritize human studies over animal models or in-vitro tests.
Research evolves. If new data contradicts something we published, we update the review and add a correction notice at the top of the page.
We don't use terms like "revolutionary" or "game-changing." We just check if the ingredients match the doses used in actual studies.
