What this page is for
If you are trying to understand what the site can help with, start here. The useful reasons to reach out are usually editorial, technical, or factual.
Editorial feedback
Flagging a weak claim, unclear sentence, or missing context in a review or guide.
Corrections
Reporting a factual error about ingredients, pricing, refund terms, or study descriptions.
Technical issues
Broken pages, missing images, bad redirects, or links that do not lead where they should.
What NewBestShop cannot do
- We cannot give personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- We cannot process orders, refunds, subscriptions, or shipping changes.
- We cannot see your retailer account, billing records, or package status.
Where order questions should go instead
If your issue is about a purchase, the right contact is the seller, brand, or checkout provider listed on your receipt. That includes refund requests, duplicate charges, shipping problems, and subscription cancellations.
Public contact channel
NewBestShop does not currently list a staffed public inbox on the site. That is intentional: a half-managed contact address creates more frustration than clarity.
When a public editorial inbox is ready to be monitored consistently, it should be published here and in the footer. Until then, this page is meant to tell readers honestly what kind of response they can and cannot expect.
How corrections should be handled
If a page contains a factual error, the fix should be visible on the page itself rather than quietly buried. The standard should be simple: correct the wording, remove the weak claim, or add the missing context.
You can read more about that approach on the editorial policy and review methodology pages.
